Introduction
Ivories Keyboard Apps operates Android applications. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you make with that data.

We do not collect any personal information about you. "Personal information" means personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar entries, contact entries, files, photos, etc.

Please note that the information is not shared / sold to any party for any purpose whatsoever. The information is processed only to provide you with the services we offer.

  • To ensure the security of the products and services we offer by using your information for identity verification, customer services, security, fraud detection, archives and backups when we are providing our services to you.

  • To evaluate the impact of advertising and other marketing schemes that we put into our services and to improve it.

Information about your device and app settings: When you access or use the App, we receive, store, and process information, including personal data, including but not limited to:

  • Device-specific information about your device, such as your device brand and model, operating system version, device language, unique device identifiers (such as IDFA), and mobile network information (such as your mobile carrier);
  • Your geographic location information, including but not limited to IP addresses used to connect your device to the internet, GPS data, and network services data; and
  • Application-specific information about the App, such as the version number of the App, activity on the App, the date you installed the App on your device, and the date you last used the App.

Additionally, the app uses third-party libraries, SDKs, APIs and software which may also collect additional information. We use the following technologies / SDKs:

  • Google AdMob SDK
  • Google Firebase SDK
  • Google Analytics

How do we share information?
As we do not collect any personal data, we never share any personal data with any third party. In addition, we never share the information you provide in the app (i.e. your feedback) with any third party.

However, to support and maintain our service, we may include Google AdMob to provide you with personalized ads. Google may collect certain personal data (online identifiers and IP addresses) for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes. Please note that Google will only access your information to perform its functions and is obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Rest assured, Google will ask for your consent before collecting, using, or sharing your personal data/identifying information (such as IP address or identifier). If you decline to share your personal data with Google, Google will not access your personal data for personalized ads.

You can opt out of personalized ads in Settings or follow the instructions below, however, please note that you may still see ads after turning this option off, but the relevance of the ads will be reduced.

AdMob by Google

Google Firebase: Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. You can opt out of some Firebase features by following the instructions provided in Google's Privacy Policy, or by adjusting your mobile device settings, such as your device's ad settings.
Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize ads on its advertising network.

You can opt out of some features of Google Analytics through your mobile device settings, such as your device's advertising settings, or by following the instructions provided by Google in their Privacy Policy.

Log Data
I would like to inform you that whenever you use my Service, I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data in the event of an error in the App. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the App's configuration when using my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies
Cookies are files that contain small amounts of data that are typically used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from websites you visit and are stored in your device's internal memory.

For California: “Do Not Track” Policy in Accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
We do not track our users over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising, so our service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third-party websites track your browsing activities. If you visit such websites, you can set your preferences in your web browser to notify those websites that you do not want to track you. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting your web browser’s preferences or settings page.

Your California Privacy Rights (California Business and Professions Code Section 22581)
California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 allows California residents under the age of 18 who are registered users of online sites, services, or applications to request the removal of content or information that they have publicly posted. To request the removal of such data, and if you are a California resident, you may contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account.

Please be aware that your request does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content or information posted online if the law does not permit or requires removal under specific circumstances.

Children’s Privacy
These services are not provided to anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the event that I learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided me with personal information, I promptly delete it from my servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I can take the necessary steps.
